1. Description of Service

Volted is a platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage scalable GenAI pipelines. We provide:

• Cloud-hosted AI pipeline creation and execution
• Self-hosted and local deployment options
• Ready-to-use templates for various use cases
• Collaboration tools for team projects
• API access and integrations
• Analytics and monitoring capabilities

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Volted, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

4. Deployment Models

4.1 Cloud-Hosted Service

When using our cloud-hosted service, your data is processed on our servers or those of our trusted service providers. This is subject to our Privacy Policy and data processing agreements.

4.2 Self-Hosted and Local Mode

When deploying Volted in self-hosted or local mode:

• Your data remains entirely on your infrastructure
• You are responsible for the security and maintenance of your deployment
• We do not have access to your pipeline data, inputs, or outputs
• You must comply with the license terms for self-hosted deployments
• Support and updates are subject to your subscription level

4.3 Collaboration Features

When you enable collaboration features, even in local mode, certain data may be shared through our servers to facilitate team collaboration. This is done only with your explicit consent and for authorized collaborators.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

Volted and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Volted, including your pipelines, configurations, and generated outputs. You grant us a limited license to:

• Host and process your content to provide the service
• Create backups and ensure service reliability
• Use anonymized and aggregated data for service improvement

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us become our property and may be used without restriction or compensation.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Certain features of Volted require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website and may change with reasonable notice.

6.2 Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the selected subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss any billing concerns.

6.4 Usage Limits

Your subscription may include usage limits (API calls, storage, compute resources). Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

10.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating all AI-generated content
• Ensuring outputs comply with applicable laws
• Not relying solely on AI outputs for critical decisions

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Self-hosted deployments

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or designated as a supporting terrorism.

14. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or litigation as specified in your subscription agreement.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time:

• By You: Cancel your subscription through your account settings
• By Us: For violation of terms, with or without notice

Upon termination:

• Your access to paid features will cease
• You may export your data within a reasonable period
• We may delete your data according to our retention policy
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Volted concerning the service.
