What are executions?
An execution is a single run of your entire workflow from start to finish. It doesn't matter how many steps are in the workflow or how much data it processes — it's still one execution. This makes your usage more predictable than other tools where you pay individually for every step.
How can I estimate my workflow executions?
For scheduled workflows, count how many times the schedule runs in a month. For example, a daily schedule equals 30 executions/month, while every 5 minutes equals about 8,600 executions/month. For webhook-based workflows, estimate how many times the trigger event occurs per day.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Your workflows will continue running without interruption. We'll contact you when you're close to your quota to discuss upgrading to the next tier. If there's no response, overage charges may apply, invoiced 45 days after they occur.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. For monthly plans, you can cancel at any time and your subscription ends at the close of your current billing cycle. For annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term. We don't offer pro-rata refunds.
Is Volted secure? Where is my data stored?
For cloud plans, data is stored within the EU on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. For self-hosted plans, it's wherever you choose to host Volted. We take privacy and security extremely seriously with encrypted secrets storage and enterprise-grade security options.
